Fee pages, checkers, calculators, guides and templates are free. There is nothing to refund.

Pro subscriptions

• 14-day refund: if Pro does not work for you, ask within 14 days of your first payment and we refund it in full.
• Renewals: renewal payments are not refunded, but you can cancel before the next renewal and you will not be charged again.
• Cancel any time: use the link in your Lemon Squeezy receipt or the customer portal. Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
• Your pages stay online: when a subscription ends, your fee pages stay published as free pages. Get an edit link for each page from the Pro dashboard before it ends.

How to ask for a refund

Send a message through the contact page with the email address you used to pay. Refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and merchant of record, back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

Billing questions

Lemon Squeezy issues the invoice and collects any sales tax. For questions about a charge, contact us or reply to your Lemon Squeezy receipt.
