Create your fee disclosure page

One page per unit or per building. Fill in what a renter must pay, and the checker warns you about fees the law bans before you publish.

1. The rental

2. Fees

Add every amount a renter may pay besides rent. Mark a fee required if every tenant must pay it (those go on page one and into the totals). Leave optional add-ons unchecked.

3. Utilities

The law requires saying whether utilities are included in rent.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need an account?

No. When you publish, you get a private edit link. Save it, because it is the only way to change or delete the page. It is also stored in this browser.

Should I make one page per unit or per building?

If every unit has the same fees, one page per building is fine, with rent shown as a starting price in the notes. If fees or rent differ, make one page per unit so each listing links to the exact numbers.

What happens when my fees change?

Open your edit link, change the fees and save. The page shows the date of the last change and keeps a history, so renters can see which fees applied when they applied.
