Why landlords keep a record
Illinois says a renter is not liable for a required fee that was left off the first page of the lease, and Colorado and Massachusetts require one Total Price with every required fee. When fees change between leases, a dated history of each version shows what renters were told and when. The free fee page shows its version dates. Pro lets you download the full record for every unit.
Frequently asked questions
Is the free fee page going away?
No. One page or many, the free fee page keeps its public link, QR code, print-ready lease table and embed. Pro adds tools for people who manage several units.
How do I start using Pro after I pay?
Lemon Squeezy emails a receipt with your license key. Open the Pro dashboard, paste the key, and new pages you create on that device go into your account.
Can I add pages I already made?
Yes. In the dashboard, paste the private edit link of each page you already published, and it moves into your account.
What does "copy to units" do?
It makes one new fee page per unit from an existing page, with the same rent, fees and utilities. You can then change any copy, for example a different rent.
What is in the history download?
A spreadsheet of every published version of a page: the date and time it went live and every fee, amount and frequency it showed. It is a record of what you disclosed and when.
What happens if I cancel?
Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for. After that your pages stay published as free pages, and you can get an edit link for each one from the dashboard before it ends.
Who handles payment and sales tax?
Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and merchant of record. It processes the card, issues the invoice and collects any sales tax. We never see your card details.
Is Pro legal advice?
No. Pro is software for publishing and keeping fee disclosures. For a review of your lease and fee schedule, see the lawyer review page.
